Mark Isenburg, Head Coach:   

Mark Isenburg has been with Colorado Water Polo since 2003.  Mark also coached boys and girls high school teams in Salt Lake City, Utah for 11 seasons, assisting on two girls state championship teams, head coach for a boys state finalist, and assisting for another boys state finalist.  Mark played on the University of Utah club team.  Mark is a USWP certified coach.

Kyle Davenport, Assistant Head Coach:   

Kyle Davenport joined the Pirates in 2009.  A Denver native, he swam four years at Overland High School before attending Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.  Kyle played club water polo at Northwestern.  He also coached varsity and junior varsity water polo at New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois.  Kyle and his wife moved back to Denver three years ago and Kyle's wife, Alexis Keto, is the head coach for the Colorado Athletic Club Stingrays swim team.   

Kailin Custy, Assistant Coach:   

Kailin Custy joined Colorado Water Polo in 2003 as an athlete. Kailin was one of the first Pirates to play varsity water polo, she played hole defender for Colorado State’s Division One Varsity Squad for four years and graduated in 2010. Kailin was able to improve every year of her varsity career; eventually earning a full-tuition scholarship, a starting spot, and a position as team captain. She is excited to share what she has learned in her years as a player with her pirate family, and to develop further as a coach.
